PocketPerks Privacy Policy

PocketPerks is a mobile app by 297 Innovations.

PocketPerks helps users organize loyalty cards, shopping lists, receipts, return reminders, warranty reminders, budgets, and optional shared groups.

PocketPerks can be used without an account. Data saved in the app is stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to sign in, back up data, restore data, share with a group, or export a backup file.

If a user signs in with Google or Apple, PocketPerks uses Firebase Authentication to identify the account and support optional cloud features. PocketPerks may receive basic account details such as user ID, name, and email address from the sign-in provider.

Google or Apple sign-in is optional and is used for cloud backup, restore, and group sharing features.

If a user uses cloud backup, PocketPerks may store supported app data in Firebase, including loyalty cards, shopping lists, receipts, receipt images, budgets, reminders, and app settings where supported.

PocketPerks may use Firebase to load app content or configuration, such as updated brand logos, so some app content can improve without requiring a new app release.

If a user creates or joins a group, PocketPerks may store group membership, invite codes, member display names or emails, and the lists or loyalty cards the user chooses to share. Other group members can view shared items.

PocketPerks only accesses the camera, photos, files, or notifications when the user chooses an app feature such as scanning a barcode, attaching a receipt image, restoring a backup file, exporting data, or setting reminders.

PocketPerks does not sell user data.
